Plus UI Design Kit License

Grant of License

This license agreement (“Agreement”) is between Plus UI (“Licensor”) and the user (“You” or “Licensee”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Plus UI Design Kit (“Content”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of License

Permitted Uses

• Use the Content to create unlimited end products for personal and commercial projects.
• Modify the Content and combine it with other works to create derivative works.
• Use the Content for any number of projects for yourself or clients.

Required Quantity of Licenses

• Licenses must match the number of editors working concurrently with the Content.

Restrictions

Prohibited Uses

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Content in its original form.
• Use the Content in a manner that infringes any intellectual property rights.
• Use the Content in any unlawful manner, including in defamatory, obscene, or pornographic materials.

Ownership

Plus UI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content. The license grants you no title or ownership in the Content.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Plus UI may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Content and destroy all copies.

Warranty and Liability

The Content is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Plus UI is not liable for any damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Content.

General Provisions

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], excluding its conflicts of law rules.

### Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Plus UI and supersedes all prior agreements.
